Growing of
plants and animals by cloning
|
| |
|
| |
| Introduction:
Cloning is the process
of making a genetically identical organisms through
nonsexual means. Cloning has been used for many years to
produce or propagate certain plants. In nature, some
animals may produce their own clones where sexual
reproduction is not possible. This is a research and
display project in order to gain a better understanding
of cloning. You may also perform experiments for cloning
certain plants or animals.

Project
description:
After learning about different methods of cloning, you will
clone an animal such as a worm and a plant such as a house
plant. Experiments involving cloning are challenging since they
may fail because of infection by bacteria or other
micro-organisms. |
