Introduction:

Chromatography is a well known and simple method of separating different materials from a solution.

Chromatography can be performed on liquids or gases, however only liquid chromatography can be performed with simple equipment that can be found at home.

Project description:
In this project you will test colors used in candy to find out how many different colors are mixed to form a certain candy color. You can perform a similar test on clear liquids and then use different methods such as heat or UV light to reveal the results.
