years. We all believe that resources for fossil based fuels such
as oil and coal are limited and soon they will vanish. Many
scientists are working to use solar energy for different

description
In this project you will use mirrors to build a solar furnace.
Material for this project includes glass or plastic mirrors,
glue, bolts and nuts, and a sheet of plywood. You can get these
materials almost anywhere and build your own solar furnace.
Calculations in this project are the fun part. Can you make a
solar system that boils water, melts plastics or even melt
steel? |
